Smart Cities Council is thrilled to announce the appointment of Brad Seaman as Vice President and Global Education Lead, marking a significant step forward in the organization's dedication to fostering innovation and inclusivity in smart cities through capability and capacity uplift.

Seaman's career began with a commitment to community service, working with disadvantaged youth and running psycho-educational programs. Today, his diverse expertise spans fields such as education, health, disability, medicine, psychology, hospitality, management, construction, manufacturing, and business services.

As the founder of the Ikon Institute of Australia, Brad has made substantial contributions to the mental health and wellbeing sectors by building skills and bolstering employment outcomes. His passion for lifelong learning and commitment to social change align seamlessly with the Smart Cities Council's vision for creating livable, sustainable, and resilient urban environments.
