Electric Companies Advancing Cities Summit in Houston, TX

WHAT: AN interactive, participatory workshop to:

  • Establish a vision for city-utility collaboration
  • Develop processes that increase transparency and trust
  • Understand business models and regulatory hurdles
  • Learn how to scale from pilots to full deployments

WHO: Presented by the Smart Cities Council and the Edison Electric Institute. Hosted by CenterPoint Energy. Free admission to city officials, utility executives, and member companies of the Smart Cities Council.

WHY: Hear from pioneers and experts, understand your options, develop core principles, share best practices, brainstorm regulatory approaches, learn common obstacles and how to overcome them.
