As part of Council Lead Partner Microsoft's CityNext initiative, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, is making its highly mobile workforce more effective with cloud-based software and Microsoft Surface Pro tablets, so employees can spend more time onsite doing their jobs and less time driving to the office.
