Challenge

Throughout its busy mainstreets and shopping precincts, the Council issues around 20,000 parking expiations each year. 18% of these are disputed and customers may request a review. 

Previously the parking fine review process at the City of Unley was manual, requiring customers to call or visit the council to verify, review and pay their infringements. 

This has been a very cumbersome, time consuming and inconvenient process for both the council and the customers.
