David has a breadth of experience from delivery of city-shaping projects through his 25-year plus international career.  He is adept at getting involved in the early stages of the development of concepts and ideas that will positively impact places and cities - he is always looking for opportunities to improve places for the better.  He provides commercial advice to regenerate places and has specific experience advising on the catalytic nature of transport on places.  Someone who has been involved in developing innovation concepts, David looks forward to being an active member of the Smart Cities Council Taskforce.
