His expertise spans digital twins, GIS analytics, transportation planning, and AI-driven solutions that advance climate resilience, urban livability, and the transformation of public services. He has supported municipalities and institutions across Europe and the Middle East, helping them navigate complex challenges through data-driven, actionable strategies.
In his role with Smart Cities Council, Muath will collaborate closely with our Education Team, contributing his strategic insight and technical capability to strengthen SCC’s growing suite of learning programs, tools, and global knowledge resources. His background in portfolio strategy, market intelligence, and solution development will be invaluable as SCC continues to expand its education ecosystem and empower governments, industry, and academia worldwide.
