Smart Cities Council Welcomes Hisham Moussa as a Professional Member


Hisham Moussa, a veteran real estate development executive with more than 30 years of industry experience, is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The ARK Development in Cairo.


Earlier in his career, Moussa served as CEO of Alargan Towell Investment in Oman and as Senior Development Director at Emaar Misr, where he was involved in the delivery and management of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. He began his professional career at Contrack International, part of Orascom Construction, gaining foundational experience in engineering and project execution.


Moussa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ain Shams University and an MBA from the University of Management and Technology (USA). He has also completed executive education programs related to real estate development, sustainability, and urban planning, including recently completing a Master's in Global Smart Cities Management through Zigurat Institute of Technology.
