Smart Cities Council Welcomes Hamza Falouji as a Professional Member
Hamza Falouji is a highly skilled RPA Consultant and IT Specialist with strong expertise in automation, finance transformation, and digital process optimisation. He has led high-impact initiatives across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, finance, and telecommunications, with professional experience spanning the UAE, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
Currently serving as RPA Presales Lead and Consultant at Converged Generation Communication, Hamza established and led an RPA practice, closed major projects, and delivered more than 30 automated processes. His strengths in RPA architecture, pre-sales, and business development align strongly with Smart Cities Council’s mission to enable more efficient, technology-driven urban systems.
