Smart Cities Council Welcomes Dominic Collett as a Professional Member


Dominic Collett, a seasoned urban infrastructure leader based in Durban, South Africa, brings deep experience in land, built environment and infrastructure advisory to discussions on future urban systems. As Office Manager (eThekwini) and Technical Director at Zutari, Collett oversees multidisciplinary engineering practices that span transport, water, resources, energy and built environment sectors, applying human-centered, sustainable approaches to complex urban challenges. 


His professional journey includes leadership roles in urban development and infrastructure delivery, especially during his tenure at Royal HaskoningDHV, where he worked in drainage, sanitation and smart city-related planning.
