The Smart Cities Council (SCC) has announced a new three-year strategic partnership with Smart City Expo Poland (SCEP), cementing its role at Central Europe’s most prominent smart city gathering. The agreement guarantees SCC’s active participation in the Expo from 2025 through 2027, beginning with a confirmed Pavilion at the 2025 edition in Warsaw on 22–23 October.

The partnership is designed to deliver both thought leadership and commercial engagement, drawing on SCC’s global network to support SCEP’s mission of promoting innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and mobility in cities across Europe and beyond.

Speaking on the agreement, Corey Gray, Chair & President of SCC, said:
“This partnership strengthens SCC’s role as a connector and catalyst across global markets. Poland is a growing hub of innovation, and we’re excited to support knowledge sharing and real-world solutions through SCEP.”

What the Partnership Includes

  • A three-year commitment with SCC expanding its Pavilion and engagement year-on-year.
  • A dedicated Pavilion launching in 2025 with a 12 sqm space and complimentary exhibitor and staff passes for SCC members.
  • Active involvement in roundtables, thematic sessions, and speaking opportunities to share expertise and global insights.
  • A commercial collaboration model where SCC promotes the Expo globally, facilitates exhibitor opportunities, and receives commission on qualified referrals.
  • Leveraging SCC’s 400,000-strong professional network to position SCEP as a leading international platform.

The 2025 edition of Smart City Expo Poland will bring together city leaders, policymakers, innovators, and solution providers for two days of dialogue and collaboration on the future of urban innovation.
