San Francisco | February 2026
Smart Cities Council (SCC) has announced the selected cohort of high-growth companies participating in Silicon Valley Start-up & Investor Week – Edition III, the first flagship program of SCC’s 2026 global calendar, taking place from 7–15 February 2026 in California.
Edition III marks the opening chapter of SCC’s 2026 Silicon Valley engagement series. With the February cohort now confirmed and fully locked in, limited places remain for the June 2026 edition, with further program dates for later in 2026 to be announced in the coming months.
The program brings together global founders, investors, and city leaders to accelerate the commercialisation of breakthrough technologies across artificial intelligence, mobility, GovTech, workforce enablement, and digital infrastructure.
This year’s featured companies include:
Helixis Technology, TestInvest, Avvista, EPIRA.ai, SNAAP Transportation, Kurrier Inc, SmartTalent AI, Reelo Technologies, Treelyon, and CompliGenie, Inc — emerging innovators from across the smart cities ecosystem.
Over the week, participants will engage in curated investor meetings, pitch sessions, site visits, and strategic networking opportunities, positioning them for partnerships, funding, and international scale.
“The 2026 cohort reflects the quality, diversity, and ambition of the next generation of city-enabling technologies,” said Corey Gray, Chair & President, Smart Cities Council. “These companies are building solutions that address real-world challenges and deliver measurable impact for cities and communities.”
Silicon Valley Start-up & Investor Week forms part of Smart Cities Council’s broader global mission to connect innovators with decision-makers, capital providers, and implementation partners, supporting smarter, more sustainable, and more resilient communities worldwide.
With strong demand already evident for the June edition and further dates to be announced, SCC continues to strengthen its role as a trusted platform for founders seeking international market access and long-term growth opportunities.
