San Francisco, February 2026

Silicon Valley Start-up & Investor Week (SVS&IW) Edition III concluded in San Francisco with a Pitch Event that marked the culmination of a focused week of mentoring, advisory engagement, and ecosystem immersion.

But for Smart Cities Council, this milestone represents something more important than a single evening.

It represents the beginning of deeper partnership.

Welcoming New Members into a Long-Term Ecosystem
Edition III welcomed Treelyon, Helixis Technology, Reelo, Kurrier, Avvista, and SNAAP Transportation into the Smart Cities Council global community.

Alongside existing member Orca Connect, these organisations strengthen a growing network of innovators shaping the future of cities, across water, mobility, AI-enabled systems, logistics, climate intelligence, and intelligent infrastructure.

Their participation is not transactional. It is relational.

Becoming part of Smart Cities Council means ongoing engagement, not just exposure.

Commitment Beyond the Pitch
While SVS&IW provides a structured environment for pitch refinement and ecosystem connection, the Council’s commitment extends well beyond the event.

Following Edition III, Smart Cities Council will continue to support these members through:
  • Ongoing introductions across the global SCC network
  • Integration into international programs and delegations
  • Engagement with city leaders and infrastructure stakeholders
  • Visibility within trusted global forums
  • Continued advisory dialogue as they scale

This continuity is core to the SCC model.

We do not simply host events — we build pathways.

Supporting Scale and Deployment
Scaling deep tech and urban innovation requires more than capital. It requires:
  • Credibility
  • Trusted networks
  • Cross-border relationships
  • Deployment insight

As part of the Smart Cities Council ecosystem, Edition III members now move forward with structured support designed to help them strengthen partnerships, refine market alignment, and accelerate responsible growth.

Their success strengthens the ecosystem.

And the ecosystem strengthens them.

Looking Ahead: Continued Engagement
SVS&IW will return in June 2026 in alignment with Deep Tech Week in San Francisco.

Edition IV will build on this foundation with a refreshed name and format, centred around a focused Founder Boot Camp alongside a structured Discovery Tour. Together, these programs will broaden opportunities for members to engage with the Silicon Valley ecosystem, strengthen their capabilities, and continue growing within one of the world’s leading innovation environments.

But more importantly, it reflects Smart Cities Council’s ongoing commitment to supporting members as they scale technologies that matter, for cities, for communities, and for the future.
