Smart Cities Council is pleased to announce that Daniela M. Ledezma has joined the organisation, bringing more than 15 years of international experience in construction management, digital delivery, and data-driven project execution.
A Construction Management Engineer by training, Daniela has built a strong career across multiple stages of the construction lifecycle, including technical office operations, planning, cost management, and earthworks. Her professional experience spans major infrastructure and construction projects in Chile, Venezuela, and the United States, giving her a truly global perspective on project delivery, governance, and innovation.
Daniela is highly experienced in the use of advanced platforms and data management tools that support modern, digitally enabled construction environments. Her expertise includes Procore, Bentley Systems, Primavera P6, Docsite, SharePoint, Insite, and a wide range of Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Agents. She also works with AI-enabled tools and video editing platforms to enhance communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
A key strength Daniela brings to Smart Cities Council is her ability to transform complex project data into clear, actionable insights. She develops interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, integrating web APIs, automated workflows, and data extraction processes to support informed decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.
In addition, Daniela collaborates closely with Data, Digitization, Design, and BIM teams, helping bridge the gap between engineering delivery and digital transformation. Her work supports greater transparency, efficiency, and alignment across projects—key priorities for smart, resilient, and future-ready cities.
