Mohammed brings deep technical and strategic expertise to his role as a Project Manager in Data Management and Analytics Technologies, with a strong track record of leadership in smart city, business intelligence (BI), and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Jordan. His contributions have supported key national priorities — from developing Riyadh Smart City dashboards to supporting the National Data Governance project in collaboration with prominent and well-recognized government entities.
As Data Management Project Manager at Tamayouz Business Services, Mohammed leads advisory support for national data governance efforts in collaboration with prominent government entities. He serves as project lead on strategic initiatives, with responsibilities that include developing AI roadmaps, establishing data governance policies, overseeing smart city governance, and managing complex project lifecycles from concept to execution.
Previously, Mohammed held strategic roles at STC (Saudi Telecom Company) and a prominent government entity, where he led the design and delivery of advanced business intelligence (BI) systems, including performance dashboards and predictive analytics tools. He has trained over 700 employees in BI delivery, demonstrating a strong commitment to capacity building and knowledge transfer.
Mohammed has led a number of impactful initiatives across the smart city and data governance landscape. His work includes designing the Riyadh Smart City dashboards and delivering enterprise business intelligence solutions for STC.
