Complete Urban Smart City Advisory was established on 1 July 2021 and includes extensive experience in delivering projects of national significance, including in telecommunications, electrical networks, data centres, systems automation, Internet of Things, urban redevelopment, economic development, and data analytics.

Our focus is on helping our customers to realise financial and public benefits through high quality project and investment planning and delivery.

We offer strategy formulation, design services, business case development and implementation support for a wide range of smart city technologies, including embedded sensors, smart systems, electric vehicle charging, and telecommunications and electrical networks.

With experience gained from lead roles in delivery of the National Broadband Network, the City of Gold Coast-owned licenced carrier network, Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and Barangaroo South in Sydney, the team provides telecommunications and electrical solutions, including end-user connectivity, such as wi-fi.

One of our team led the creation of people movement analytics for the City of Gold Coast, identifying the previously unknown 4-hour visitor, which has the potential to grow the Gold Coast Tourism industry by $100’s millions per year.

Our team has led large-scale IoT projects, including one of Australia’s largest LoRaWAN network, which has realised $millions in financial and operational benefits for the City of Gold Coast.
