She spent over 25 years in institutional advancement working in higher education, managed healthcare, and the independent school sectors. She served as Executive Director of the Horizons Student Enrichment National Program and as Director of Development at Stevens Institute of Technology, Monmouth Heath Care Foundation and180 Turning Lives Around, the country’s first federally funded shelter for victims of domestic and sexual violence. Connie has managed over $250 million in capital campaigns while raising her three children.
