Smart Cities Council President, Corey Gray, will address the 4th OECD Roundtable on Future Cities and Inclusive Growth presented by the OECD and Smart City Dialog at OECD Headquarters in Paris on 17th September.
As part of a September speaking tour of Europe and the Middle East, Mr. Gray will address the OECD on "Digital Transformation Effort of Cities of Different Sizes".
"The subject of Digital Transformation and Digital Equity for citizens of cities and communities of all types and sizes is a key point of focus for Smart Cities Council, and we are pleased to see it now forming part of the OECD Smart Cities agenda", said Mr Gray.
"Through our Global Remote & Regional Communities Task Force, led by John Brooks, SCC is building the policy, knowledge, education and implementation artefacts to deliver digital transformation for all, and we are pleased to have the support of the OECD in this mission".

This 4th OECD Roundtable on Smart Cities and Inclusive Growth brings together key stakeholders from cities, national governments, the private sector, civil society, academia and international organisations to:
- Understand the current state and drivers of digitalisation in cities of all sizes
- Draw insights from lessons learned and identify successful cases of digital transformation in cities of all sizes
- Examine the role of AI in achieving sustainable urban development, and
- Explore policy avenues to guide an effective digital transition in cities of all sizes.
