AIM and Smart Cities Council are pleased to announce a multi-year global strategic partnership, combining AIM’s leading role with investors and local governments and the Council’s expertise in developing the capabilities of city leaders and accelerating projects that make cities livable, workable and sustainable
This partnership between AIM and Smart Cities Council responds to the needs of cities across the world seeking to accelerate the adoption of the UN Sustainability Goals. AIMs Future Cities brings investors, technology solution providers and cities to its unique multi-day conference and exhibition with the goal of matching investment to bankable projects.
In support of AIM’s mission, the Smart Cities Council, the longest-running global smart cities ecosystem, brings global expertise as represented by cities and solution providers. This global expertise developed over the past ten years, includes -
- Developing capacity development offerings for cities with over 200 workshops and the world’s only Smart Cities Practitioner’s certificate.
- Publishing the world’s first guide to smart cities - the Readiness Guide.
- Worked with cities globally through the Council’s distinctive Readiness Program that is designed to help cities accelerate projects.
